Our legacy of care

Blacktown City Council opened its very first long day care centre in Blacktown South in 1975, marking the beginning of Council’s pivotal journey in early childhood education. From this starting point, we have grown into Kids’ Early Learning, expanding to 21 long day care centres spanning suburbs across our LGA. As a not-for-profit organisation, we are proud to have supported generations of families with an enriching history of inspiring children to care, share and learn.

Learning with heart

Our long day care centres consists of an array of qualified and passionate educators who deliver a play-based curriculum tailored to each child’s developmental milestones, inspiring curiosity, resilience, and confidence.

A Child Safe Organisation

The safety and wellbeing of children is always our highest priority. We comply with NSW Child Protection legislation and uphold strict Child Safe Standards, ensuring every child grows in a secure, nurturing, and supportive environment.

Our fees (child care subsidy eligible)

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is a government initiative that helps eligible families with the cost of child care, making early learning more accessible. The amount you receive depends on factors such as your family’s income, activity level, and the type of care your child attends. Kids’ Early Learning is an approved CCS provider. However, families must apply for CCS through Services Australia and confirm their eligibility before the subsidy can be applied. For more information, please visit Services Australia.

Start Strong Subsidy

The Start Strong program provides extra fee relief for families with children aged 3 and 4 enrolled in our long day care and preschool programs. This subsidy is designed to make early childhood education more affordable. At Kids’ Early Learning, we apply the Start Strong subsidy directly to eligible enrolments—reducing your out-of-pocket costs in addition to any Child Care Subsidy (CCS) you may receive. Learn more about the Start Strong grant.

Fee Estimates

Fees vary depending on the service, the number of hours your child attends, and your family's eligibility for government subsidies such as the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and Start Strong. As these factors differ for every family, we can provide an estimate to help you understand how these subsidies may reduce your out-of-pocket costs.
