About Kids' Early Learning

Kids’ Early Learning is proudly owned and operated by Blacktown City Council. With over 50 years of service, we’ve grown to include 30 child care centres and more than 30 family day care providers across the Blacktown local government area and surrounding suburbs. We’re committed to supporting local families by offering a wide range of early learning and child care options. Our focus is on delivering high-quality care in safe, nurturing, and engaging environments—because every child in our city deserves the best start in life.

What makes us different? 

We understand how difficult it can be leaving your child in care for the first time and we're here to hold your hand every step of the way. It takes love, care and patience to ensure your child receives a rewarding and most importantly fun experience when they join our family. We allow kids to be kids - play, explore, experiment, learn, laugh, cry, talk, explain, sleep, eat and all the other joys of growing up. We embrace what can sometimes be best explained as the ‘messiness’ of learning and work with our families every step of the way. Most importantly we aim to guide children to be the most confident versions of themselves and discover that anything is possible. 

Programs that make an impact

We are big, but we are consistent. Our curriculum focuses on preparing the children for the world in gradual steps. We offer a safe environment where children can play exposing them to a world of diversity and new senses. The children work together with our educators to learn how to tackle things together with provision of the best learning and social experience for school and life. Our Ready for School, Ready for Life and Ready for Safety programs prepare children to become independent, confident and equipped for their next milestones. We provide our community’s children the best learning and social experience ready for their journey through life.
