About us

Kanika - portrait.jpg Meet Kanika Gupta
Centre Director

I believe every child is capable, confident and full of potential. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, I see children as active participants in their own learning, with the freedom to explore, question, create and express themselves in meaningful ways.

I am passionate about creating a child-centred environment where children's interests, strengths and ideas guide their learning. Through intentional teaching, play-based experiences and meaningful interactions, I strive to nurture curiosity, creativity and a lifelong love of learning. I believe secure, trusting relationships are at the heart of every child's wellbeing and development. By building genuine partnerships with families and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment, I aim to ensure every child feels respected, valued and supported to thrive.
