Meet Samia FarahCentre Director
I've been in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector for almost 30 years. I champion inclusive, play-based education that recognises each child’s individuality, strengths, interests and voice. I believe a nurturing, home-like environment provides children with the security and confidence to explore freely, engage in hands-on experiences and continue their learning in meaningful ways.
My approach is grounded in observing and responding to each child’s needs, feelings and ideas, while creating opportunities that encourage curiosity and independence. I also value strong team culture and genuine partnerships with families, recognising that collaboration between educators, families and the wider community plays an important role in achieving the best outcomes for children. Drawing on my experience and leadership, I aim to create an environment where children feel valued, educators feel supported and families feel connected.
