We provide a solution for working families

We have partnered with local public schools to deliver trusted care and enriching programs for families requiring care outside school hours. Children's learning doesn't stop when the school bell rings - with a safe, nurturing environment and trusted professionals, our OSHC services provide families with peace of mind while giving children a welcoming place to belong and thrive beyond the school day.

Supporting children's wellbeing and development

Every part of our OSHC program is thoughtfully designed to complement the school day while supporting children's independence and interests. Before school care provides a calm and welcoming start to the day, where children can enjoy a nutritious breakfast, connect with friends and ease into their school routine. After school care offers opportunities to unwind, recharge and engage in experiences inspired by children's interests, including active play, creative arts, STEM and wellbeing activities. During the school holidays, our Vacation Care program extends learning beyond the service through exciting excursions, in-service activities and themed experiences that encourage children to explore, discover and build lasting memories. Read more about our educational approach.

Our fees

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

Our Kids' Early Learning Vacation Care services are eligible for the Child Care Subsidy. The CCS is a government initiative that helps reduce out-of-pocket expenses for families based on factors such as income, activity levels, and the type of care required. To get a better understanding of what your CCS eligibility is, please visit the Centrelink website or reaching out to our team for assistance.

To receive CCS:

  • The primary parent or guardian must be the applicant for the subsidy.
  • Your CCS eligibility is determined by Centrelink based on your family's income, activity level (work, study, or training), and type of child care service used.
  • Ensure your Centrelink Reference Number (CRN) is provided when enrolling.

For more details on how to apply, eligibility requirements, and subsidy calculations, visit www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/child-care-subsidy.

Direct Debit Payments

To make fee payments easier, Kids’ Early Learning offers a direct debit payment option for families. This secure payment method ensures that your child care fees are automatically deducted, making it convenient and hassle-free.

  • Payments are automatically processed on the agreed schedule to avoid overdue charges.
  • You can set up weekly or fortnightly direct debit payments.
  • All direct debit information is securely stored in our Child Care Management Software.
