Our legacy of care

In 1980, Blacktown City Council supported families with seven not-for-profit Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services across the 2770 precinct and at Blacktown South. Today, Kids’ Early Learning continues this proud legacy, providing OSHC to an even wider network of schools and communities throughout Blacktown City and beyond.

Our OSHC service is a solution for working families

For more than four decades, we have partnered with local public schools to deliver trusted care and enriching programs for families requiring care outside school hours. Our OSHC programs offer more than just care, featured is a wide variety of structured and engaging activities which integrates active play with a lifelong love for learning whilst building friendships.

A Child Safe Organisation

The safety and wellbeing of children is always our highest priority. We comply with NSW Child Protection legislation and uphold strict Child Safe Standards, ensuring every child grows in a secure, nurturing, and supportive environment.

To receive CCS:

  • The primary parent or guardian must be the applicant for the subsidy.
  • Your CCS eligibility is determined by Centrelink based on your family's income, activity level (work, study, or training), and type of child care service used.
  • Ensure your Centrelink Reference Number (CRN) is provided when enrolling.
