Meet the Director

Kel-LalorPark-Samia_LR.jpg

Hi I'm Samia, the centre director for Kids' Early Learning Lalor Park. I have been employed by Blacktown City Council since May 2002 and can fluently speak, read and write English, Arabic and French. My professional values focus on teaching and learning through play in our early childhood centres. I believe in treating every child individually with their unique needs, interests and strengths.

It is important to ensure children are each provided with opportunities to freely engage with hands on experiences every day to learn as they wish. We always teach and encourage inclusion and work to integrate our children's diverse backgrounds into our everyday planning. It is important to demonstrate good team spirit and we have always enjoyed building strong partnerships with families and the surrounding community over many years. We look forward to meeting you soon!
