Before and after school care provides before and after school care for primary school children, aged 5 to 12 years. The service is available during school term, excluding public holidays.

Where is it offered?

Before and after school care is available at six Kids' Early Learning centres, and many Family Day Care services between the hours 6:45am - 8:45am and 2:30pm - 6pm:

  • Weekly programs created with your children to capture their needs and interests. It’s all about fun, through purposeful play.
  • Seasonal menu that provides a healthy breakfast and nutritious afternoon snacks.
  • No two days are the same at Kids’ Early Learning holiday programs, from weekly excursions and incursions to play-based days.
  • All of our centres are fully equipped, with spacious indoor and outdoor areas to play, learn and discover. 

 

Our fees

Our Kids' Early Learning OSHC fees vary depending on each family's eligibility for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS). The CCS is a government initiative that helps reduce out-of-pocket expenses for families based on factors such as income, activity levels, and the type of care required. As a result, the final payment amount differs from family to family. To get a better understanding of what your family’s OSHC fees will look like after the CCS is applied, we recommend visiting the Centrelink website or reaching out to our team for assistance.

How to enrol in our Before and After School Care services

  1. Fill out the waitlist form with your child's details. Select your preferred days and choose the service that best suits your needs.
  2. Once the form is submitted, your child will be placed on the centre's waitlist.
  3. Our enrolment team will contact you as soon as a spot becomes available.
    Please note that the timing varies, and it can range from almost immediate to when a space opens up, depending on the centre's waitlist.
  4. Once accepted, please complete the enrolment form and provide mandatory documents and forms.
  5. Prior to your child's commencement with the service, the enrolment fee will be invoiced.
