Meet Crystal Radford
Centre Director

I have been part of Kids’ Early Learning for over 20 years, inspired by the wonderful Educators I had as a child. Their lasting impact motivated me to create the same positive experiences for others, and I was even fortunate enough to later work alongside one of them. My philosophy is “Be the change you want to see in the world.” I believe in nurturing kindness, inclusivity and understanding, empowering children to grow into caring and confident individuals. Outside of work, I’m an avid reader, averaging around 50 books a year!
