It is our honour to congratulate Farideh Bahrami, Director of Kids' Early Learning Seven Hills East, for being recognised as Blacktown City Council’s Staff Woman of the Year.
As we celebrate International Women’s Day, this year’s theme “Give to Gain” reminds us of the powerful ripple effect created when women support, uplift and lead those around them. Farideh has exemplified these values through her dedication to early childhood education, her commitment to families and children, and the positive environment she fosters within her team.
Through her leadership, mentorship and genuine care, she continues to inspire those around her and contribute to meaningful outcomes for children and families. We also congratulate the many incredible women across our Blacktown City Council network who have been recognised for their leadership and contributions.
