At Blacktown City Council, we're committed to supporting our people to grow, learn and achieve their professional aspirations. Through Council's Education Financial Grants Assistance Program, part of the Chevron Awards, staff are encouraged to further their skills and knowledge through university and vocational study.

We're proud to congratulate Tanya Rapa, Children's Liaison Officer at Kids' Early Learning, who has been awarded funding to complete her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment! For Tanya, this qualification represents the achievement of a long-standing professional goal and an opportunity to further contribute to the growth of both educators and the wider early childhood sector.

Completing the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will equip Tanya with the skills to design, deliver and assess engaging, high-quality training while supporting and mentoring others across Kids' Early Learning. Her motivation is driven by a passion for child protection and advocacy, recognising that education plays a vital role in improving outcomes for children, young people and families.
