 Hi I'm Gail he centre director for Kids' Early Learning Quakers Hill North Preschool It has been my absolute pleasure to have worked for Quakers Hill North Preschool for the past 10 years. I worked in the child care field for 14 years as I have a deep desire to work with children and their families to make and to make a difference to the lives of others. 

In 2015, I completed my Master of Educational Leadership at Macquarie University, this provided an avenue to teach Higher Educational TAFE at Nirimba (their early childhood degree course). My own professional philosophy for early childhood education and care could be summed up in a collection of a few words; relationships, community, family, collaboration, partnership, health and happiness.

Our purpose at Kids' Early Learning is to provide our community’s children with the best learning and social experience for school and life.

Our Ready for School and Ready for Life programs, help prepare children with communication and language, physical development, personal and social and emotional skills they need to be confident, self-assured and independent children. The program’s curriculum provides every child with an individualised program to suit their unique interests, stage of development and social skills.
