Meet the Director

Kel-ProspectEast-hwayoung.jpg Hi, I am Hwayoung, the Director of Kids’ Early Learning Prospect East. I have been working in child care around 10 years and at Blacktown City Council for 4 years now. I love working with young children. I believe early childhood education is all about building and maintaining a positive relationship with individual children and their families. I have enjoyed working collaboratively with my colleagues to ensure everyone in our service is safe and happy.

I aim to provide high quality education and care for the children and build strong positive partnerships with their families.
