Kids' Early Learning Lalor Park has been chosen by the Museum of Contemporary Arts Australia (MCA) to take part in a research project titled ‘Art and Wonder’.
Art and Wonder focuses “on infants’, toddlers’ and preschool-aged children's engagement, learning and responses to regular encounters with contemporary art in the museum context. The research seeks to build a rich picture of how young children bring meaning to and make meaning from contemporary art.”
Here are some pictures of the children exploring the artwork and discussing what they could see and their interpretation. 🗣
Last week was National Family Day Care Week!
We decided to give back to our Family Day Care Educators, who make every day a great experience for the children in their care, with a little personalised gift!
Because every day should be Mother's Day!
Here are some more special moments of the children at Kids' Early Learning Kings Langley South, Doonside South and Mount Druitt pampering and showering their mums and loved ones in their lives with some treats, gifts and most importantly - some much deserved, relaxing 'me time' 🤩
The children at Kids' Early Learning Lalor Park welcomed their mothers, aunties and grandmothers into their centre last week to celebrate Mother's Day!
Wishing all mums a happy mother’s day! Mothers are truly amazing 💕🥰🙌
It is the final week of Free Books for Kids at Big W. A great way to provide the fun of reading to all children and families 🙌
Did you know Kids' Early Learning also has over 70 choices for a Family Day Care provider in the Blacktown local government area?
Wishing all our family day care educators and families a happy national family day care week!

Kids' Early Learning Mount Druitt took some time last week to understand ANZAC Day. The educators and children read stories and had a moment of silence to remember the bravery of our soldiers.
The children also made some poppy flower crafts, hanged a wreath outside and made ANZAC biscuits ❤️
Lest we forget
We had so much fun with our Easter celebrations last week! The children at Kids' Early Learning Kings Langley South visited Vardys Road Public School and joined in on their Easter hat parade followed by a special Easter morning tea.

We are excited to announce that Storypark is coming to Kids' Early Learning!
Storypark is a safe and secure interactive portal for our educators and families to communicate and share experiences. Read more below.
The children at Kids' Early Learning Mount Druitt are leaning towards a more environmental and natural type of learning.
During outdoor play, the children discovered a small abandoned nest in a tree and grew very curious. The educators used this curiosity to begin an investigation of nests and birds. They have been researching different kinds of nests that birds build and what makes a good strong nest.
Where will these investigations of nature take them? Only our creative and inquisitive minds would know.
The children at Kids' Early Learning Rooty Hill had some visitors from St John's Ambulance last week!
The Paramedics spoke to the children about the special equipment they use to treat people who are sick or hurt.
After the discussion, the children got to hop into the ambulance and lay on the stretcher with the stethoscope. The children enjoyed watching the flashing lights and listening to the sirens.
